Free Health Care Screenings

The Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA) is a non-denominational organization at the USF Morsani College of Medicine which integrates professional learning, faith in Jesus Christ, and fellowship. On April 7th 2018, CMDA medical and nursing students provided free health care screenings including blood glucose, blood cholesterol, and blood pressure measurements. They did this under the supervision of Dr. Greene, a physician and Professor of Medicine at Moffitt Cancer Center who also leads weekly meetings which encourage student involvement in their faith. CMDA would like to thank Dr. Greene for his assistance as well as University Community Ministries for its help in organizing this memorable event.
