Our Mission University Community Ministries' mission is to address and meet the spiritual, social and economic needs of the North Tampa community.We will communicate the message of Christ?s love of all people regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin or economic status.

On behalf of University Community Ministries, Inc. we would like to say a big "THANK YOU" to all of you who contributed to our fifth annual "2011 Restoring Hope Banquet" held on June 23rd at the Tampa Airport Hilton Hotel. This year's banquet was the most successful one yet. We could not have done it without your prayers, volunteer service, and financial support. We hope to see you all at next year's sixth "2012 Restoring Hope Banquet".

SPOTLight:Friendship Bridge
This coming year in Friendship Bridge (Senior Adult Connection) we will be talking about how to give your life away to those you love. One of those ways is by taking care of yourself, spiritually, physically, mentally and every other way. We still have a bright future ahead of us. We must never just put everything on a shelf and say "I've been there, done that and no more". If you want to feel young and live longer - get involved. If you don't have grandchildren, adopt someone. We can take time to be kind and thoughtful to a child whose grandparents are not with them. This New Year beginning in September, our theme in Friendship Bridge will be "Loving God, Loving Ourselves and Loving Others." Join Us. You will be glad you did. more
